摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the antimicrobial components in extracts of Arctic Marine actinomycetes T-2-3 by TLC bioautography. Methods The active fraction was extracted by macroporous resin, and detected by TLC bioautography. Results The compoud of Rf 0.40 behave antimicrobial activity. Conclusion TLC bioautography is a fast method to isolate and detect antimicrobial activity components.关键词
