摘要
Abstract
Objective Subtotal thyroidectomy on the clinical ef icacy of 60 cases analyzed. Methods October 2011 ~October 2012 in our hospital row subtotal thyroidectomy in 60 patients, its treatment. Results The patients did not appear after surgery thyroid storm, bleeding, death, seroma, infection, bleeding occurs, there has been only one case of laryngeal nerve injury, two cases of transient recurrent laryngeal nerve injury, surgery after 5d returned to normal, were cured. The patients were fol owed up for 1 year, no one cases of thyroid dysfunction, the case of relapse, the appearance of business as usual, a smal scar, flap formation. Conclusion Treatment of subtotal thyroidectomy was bet er able to avoid complications, minimizing the amount of bleeding and surgical time, worthy of promotion.关键词
