Abstract
Objective To analyze the ef ect Salviae Miltiorrhizae Liguspyragine Hydrochloride and Glucose Injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods select 2012 January ~ 2013 September 79 cases of cerebral infarction patients, randomly divided into two groups, both on the basis of comprehensive treatment, the treatment group with Salviae Miltiorrhizae Liguspyragine Hydrochloride and Glucose Injection 200ml intravenous drip; control group was treated with low molecular dextran 500ml 1 times a day. Results 79 cases in the treatment group, the total ef iciency of 98.6%. A control group of 43 cases, the total ef iciency of 65.2%, the total ef iciency of two groups results statistical y, there were significant dif erences (P<0.05). Conclusion A good ef ect in treatment of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Liguspyragine Hydrochloride and Glucose Injection on cerebral infarction, no obvious side ef ect. It is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
