摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnosis treatment and the ef ect of chronic heart failure criterion. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2010 January~2013 year in December 90 cases of chronic heart failure in patients with clinical data, were randomly divided into treatment group and non standardization of standardized treatment group with 45 cases in each group, respectively, standardized treatment and not standardized treatment, to compare the clinical ef icacy between the two. Results After 1 years of treatment, the standardization of end diastolic diameter and ejection fraction than before treatment improved LV treated group, and significantly bet er than not standardized treatment group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Chronic heart failure treatment necessary specification.关键词
