摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical ef icacy and nursing intervention of pemetrexed plus carboplatin in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced non-smal celllung cancer. Methods Seventy-five elderly patients with advanced non-smal celllung cancer received pemetrexed plus carboplatin, the clinical ef icacy and toxicities after treatment were observed, the nursing measures were summarized. Results The 75 patients, the total ef ective rate was 44.00%, the disease control rate was 73.33%. The main toxicities were myelosuppression and gastrointestinal reactions, were tolerated after symptomatic treatment and intensive nursing. Conclusion Pemetrexed plus carboplatin is ef ective for elderly patients with advanced non-smal celllung cancer, the toxicities can be tolerated after symptomatic treatment and intensive nursing.关键词
