Abstract
Objective To explore the intervention of perioperative blood sugar diabetes cataract surgery ef ect. Methods 82 cases of patients with type 2 diabetic cataract (82 eyes) in patients with voluntary methods are divided into intensive blood sugar treatment group 40 cases (40 eyes) and general blood sugar treatment group (42 cases (42 eyes). Results Two groups of patients in peri operation period with good postoperative visual acuity recovery in January, two groups had no significant dif erence, poor wound healing, inflammatory reaction of anterior chamber, hyphema and posterior synechia of the iris, corneal edema, postoperative complications of two groups of dif erence. Conclusion Diabetic cataract ef ectively strengthen the perioperative blood glucose intervention, to strengthen diet nursing and health education, can obviously reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, improve the success rate of surgery.关键词
