人工全髋关节置换围手术期的护理体会
Experience of Peri Operation Period Nursing of Artificial Total Hip Arthroplasty

摘要
Abstract
Objective Nursing total hip arthroplasty in peri operation period of study. Methods From 2008 January to 2012 December in our hospital 52 cases of patients with artificial hip joint replacement, prosthesis fixation using non bone cement and bone cement, from lateral incision after operation of hip. Sooner or later, and the degree of patients after limb weight-bearing ambulation time by dif erent ways of fixation was decided, at the same time peri operation period nursing on it. Results In this group, 52 patients were cured, no death occurred in 1 cases during peri operation period. Al patients were fol owed up for 1 ~ 2 years, the standard Harris functional evaluation of hip joint was evaluated based on the results of fol ow-up, patients were able to self-care, curative ef ect satisfaction. Conclusion Artificial hip replacement wil also put forward higher requirements on peri operation period nursing work, which requires the staf given timely care and careful observation after the operation, in order to improve the operation quality of the patients, to promote their speedy recovery.关键词
