摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the 3-year fol ow-up of pit and fissure sealant retention and caries reduction rate when using self-etching adhesive bonding with Beautifi flow resin. Methods 800 permanent molars in 200 patients aged from 7 to 12 years treated with self-etching adhesive and Beautifi flow resin. The opposite permanent teeth were treated with traditional methods as the controls. They were fol owed up for 3 years. Results 1,2,3 years after application of the treatment, the remain rate of self-etching adhesive bonding with Beautifi flow resin were higher than the total-etching adhesive. And the rate of caries were lower. They have significant difference( <0.05). Conclusion Self-etching adhesive bonding with flow resin can prevent caries in permanent molar ef ectively.关键词
