Abstract
The occurrence of iatrogenic biliary tract injury is increased rapidly due to the wide practice of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Although the traditional surgery is stil the first choice for treatment of bile duct injury, but again surgical trauma, high risk, and easily lead to bile duct injury or bile ducts restenosis occurred again.For the past few years, along with the development of endoscopic technique and interventional therapy,which make various therapeutic methods possible,treatment dif iculty is reduced greatly.关键词
