螺旋CT在基层医院急腹症诊治中的应用价值
Application Value of Spiral CT in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Abdomen in Basic Hospital

Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of spiral CT in the diagnosis and treatment of acute abdomen in basic hospital. Methods A retrospective analysis of the spiral CT data of 100 patients with acute abdomen confirmed by operation or clinical . Results The 100 cases, 21 cases were acute pancreatitis, 18 cases were intestinal obstruction, 17 cases were urinary calculi, 15 patients were biliary disease, 12 cases were acute appendicitis, 8 cases were digestive tract perforation, 4 cases were inflammation around the intestinal, 3 cases were gynecological disease, 2 cases were abdominal aortic dissection. Before and after CT examination, the correct diagnosis rate were 61% (n=61), 98% (n=98). After sure diagnosis by CT scan, the clinical management was changed in 21 cases (21%) . Conclusion Spiral CT is a simple, fast and accurate technique in the diagnosis of acute abdomen and can help to the further clinical treatment, so which is worthy of application.关键词
