摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the paclitaxel in the treatment of gynecological malignant tumor clinical curative ef ect observation and compound condition. Methods In our hospital from 2011 December to 2012 of December were 60 patients with malignant tumor, as clinical research object, randomly divided into paclitaxel and ifosfamide group, 30 cases in each group, two groups were observed in patients with clinical ef icacy and compound condition. Results Paclitaxel group compared with ifosfamide as total ef ective increased significantly, less recurrence, longer survival ( <0.05). Conclusion The clinical ef icacy of paclitaxel in the treatment of gynecologic malignant tumor is more prominent, less adverse reactions, higher security, can significantly improve the life quality of patients, improve the survival rate, worthy of promotion.关键词
