Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical ef ects of early enteral nutrition in patients with irreparability recovery of gastrointestinal function after surgery and research. Methods In early enteral nutrition in our hospital between April 2011 to December 2011 irreparability surgery 38 patients were analyzed the impact on patient recovery of gastrointestinal function.Using these 38 patients were randomly divided into two groups and the experimental group and a control group of 19 patients. Control group using conventional modes of patients receiving enteral nutrition irreparability Surgery surgery for postoperative nutritional support,experimental group of early enteral nutrition for patients undergoing irreparability surgery mode surgery postoperative nutritional support.Patients in each group were detected before surgery and on the seventh day after surgery pre-albumin (PA),serum albumin (ALB),prognostic nutritional index (PNI),the first time to flatus and bowel movement,complained of abdominal distension,bloating and the incidence of diarrhea and the like. Results The patients in the experimental group pre-albumin,albumin,prognostic nutritional index is higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant ( <0.05),the incidence of diarrhea,bloating experimental group than the control group,the difference statistical y significant ( <0.05),also complained of abdominal distension bet er than the control group,the difference was statistical y significant ( <0.05),The experimental group, the total efficiency is also higher, the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05). Conclusion Patients were irreparability surgery early enteral nutrition in patients with a good model can help restore gastrointestinal function,this clinical ef ect is much better than our traditional clinical effect of enteral nutrition. Early enteral nutrition nasal intestine support model not only can reduce abdominal bloating even patients,the incidence of complications and the generation rate of diarrhea,convenient and simple operation,low equipment requirements,the total ef ective rate,good treatment ef ect,economic methods and means af ordable,is a worthy and recognized in irreparability surgery on postoperative nutritional support.关键词
