摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical ef ect of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods 180 patients with diarrhea were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 90 cases in each group, the control group treated with conventional Western medical treatment, treatment group based on Western medicine with traditional Chinese medicine decoction. The clinical ef icacy was compared between the two groups. Results the observation group and remission time, stool, stool frequency improving time improving time (1.72 ± 0.62, 2.21 ± 0.35, 3.04 ± 0.06) was significantly lower than the control group; significant ef iciency (78.89%), total ef ective rate (97.68%) was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion Can ef ectively relieve the clinical symptoms of diarrhea in children with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, to enhance the treatment ef ect.关键词
