Abstract
To explore the value of MSCT in diagnosis of pediatric patients with tuberculous pleurisy.Methods Retrospective analysis of MSCT manifestations in 36 cases of pediatric patients with tuberculous pleurisy confirmed by pathology and/or laboratory tests.Results CT manifestation of 36 patients with tuberculous pleurisy is mainly classified with four types:24 cases with pure exudative pleurisy,4 cases with simple limitations pleurisy,5 cases combined with exudation and limitation pleurisy,3 cases with chronic pleural lesion,5 cases combined with tuberculosis.15 patients have pleural ef usion on the left side in this 36 cases, 10 on the right side and 4 on both sides.The amount of effusion in this 36 cases wil be the list:4 cases with large amount,16 cases with medium and 5 cases with small amount.4 cases with parcel ef usion in this 36 patients.Conclusion MSCT scan has much more important value in diagnosis and dif erential diagnosis of pediatric patients with tuberculous pleurisy.It provides reliable evidence in evaluation of treatment effect and outcomes.关键词
