摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the Heartbeat map in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease in clinical application value of anatomic M mode ultrasound. Methods the Anshun Guihang three 0 two hospital in 2012~2013 year 269 cases of suspected coronary heart disease underwent anatomic M mode ultrasound Beckoning graph examination, observation room wal has no segmental movement abnormality, and the patients underwent coronary angiography, to investigate the accuracy Beckoning map in diagnosis of coronary heart disease in type M ultrasound anatomy. Results Beckoning graph display segmental ventricular wal motion amplitude decreased in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease compared with coronary angiography two have a certain consistency anatomical M mode, but there are false positive and false negative definite. Conclusion Heartbeat diagram has important clinical significance in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease and coronary angiography before the screening of anatomical M mode, can be used as a preferred noninvasive auxiliary examination method.关键词
