Abstract
Objective To study the ef ect of microenvironment on dendritic cel tumor development of laryngeal squamous cel carcinoma, to provide new ideas for the treatment of DC vaccine in laryngeal carcinoma.Methods By extracting the laryngeal carcinoma tissue homogenate supernatant liquid simulation of tumor microenvironment, induced and cultured cel s from human dendritic cel s, and the detection of human dendritic cel phenotype and CD1a expression.Results Laryngeal carcinoma supernatant; group DC cel processes were adjacent homogenate supernatant group, induced DC cells CD11c, CD86, CD1a decreased significantly.Conclusion Tumor laryngeal squamous cell cancer microenvironment may have an important influence on the development of DC cel dif erentiation.关键词
