摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the psychological characteristics of the patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, providing psychological support, to explore nursing strategies to improve the quality of life of patients. Methods Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) for patients with tumor-like lesions in the 65 cases of cervical intraepithelial comprehensive assessment of the SDS, SAS score ≥ 50 points were given to nursing intervention, and targeted psychological care, and was discharged from hospital the day before were measured again. Results Anxiety and depression in patients with premenstrual degree nursing intervention after intervention were significantly lower compared ( <0.05), a statistical y significant dif erence. Conclusion On the psychological status of patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia of timely grasp and psychological treatment and care early intervention can effectively improve the symptoms of anxiety and depression in patients and improve the degree of patients treated with long-term fol ow-up, improve patient quality of life.关键词
