Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical ef icacy of heat clearing and detoxifying hoop method in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers. Methods By retrospective analysis method, analyzed our hospital from January 1, 2013 to 2013 December 31 day treated 60 cases of diabetic foot in patients with clinical data, treated with heat clearing and detoxifying hoop method, healing of ulcer wound were observed after treatment. Results 60 cases, 21 cases of cure, 20 cases be cured, 13 cases ef ective, 6 cases inef ective, the total ef ective rate was 90%. Conclusion Cearing away heat and toxic material encircling method can promote the healing of diabetic foot ulcer wound infection, it is worth in clinical application.关键词
