Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect of hypertonic saline inhalation in treatment of lower respiratory tract infection.Methods 100 patients with lower respiratory tract infections were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group with 50 cases in each group. The treatment group received 3% hypertonic saline inhalation of 20ml twice a day,while the control group received physiological saline inhalation of 20ml twice a day.Observed the curative ef ect and adverse reactions of the two groups,then took statistical analysis.Results For the treatment group, 36 cases(78.26%) were markedly improved,7 cases(15.22%) were ef ective,3 case (6.52%) inef ective,and 4 cases received adverse reaction.For the control group,25 cases(51.02%)were markedly improved,13 cases(26.53%)were ef ective,11 cases(22.45%) ineffective,and 1 case received adverse reaction.Both groups differ in total ef ective rate but not in incidence adverse reactions.Conclusion The curative ef ect of hypertonic saline inhalation in treatment of lower respiratory tract infection is satisfactory and this therapy were proved secure.关键词
