Abstract
Objective To investigate the lateral cap attachment at Kennedy II dentition defect in the application results. Methods Kennedy II dentition defect in adult patients with lateral cap at achment dentures steel prop 30, to observe the stability of at achment-retained dentures, aesthetics, comfort, pronunciation function, the ability to chew, abutments Zhou conditions underpinning fit with the alveolar ridge, the base tooth mobility. Results After 3~24 months of follow-up, good lateral steel prop cap at achment denture retention stability, can effectively chew, beautiful and comfortable. Abutment periodontal condition is good, underpinning the alveolar ridge fit the situation is good, no loose abutment cap. Conclusion Lateral at achment is an ideal dentition defect retainers.关键词
