Abstract
Objective To explore the methods of minimal access surgery for the treatment of indirect inguinal hernia in children. Methods A total of 128 children (from the October of 2010 to the September of 2013) with indirect inguinal hernia were given the high ligation of the hernia sac through the external ring incision. The clinical data of the subjects were retrospectively analyzed. Results Al subjects were all cured, and the average operation time was 16 minutes, and the average hospital stay was 3.2 days. Early postoperative scrotal edema was observed in six subjects, and on other complication was recorded. Al subjects were followed up for 3-12 months, and only 2 subjects had recurrence. Conclusion This minimal access surgery is minimal y invasive with a range of advantages: smal incision, less complications, short operation time, rapid postoperative recovery, low cost of hospitalization, and implicit operation scars. In al , the minimal access surgery is safe and reliable.关键词
