Abstract
Objective To investigate the pioglitazone joint metformin treatment of senile type 2 clinical curative ef ect. Methods Select our March 2009~in March 2010 were 120 cases of elderly patients with diabetes, the clinical data were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=60) and the control group (n=60), were treated by conventional treatment, the treatment groups of patients in the control group treatment based on joint pioglitazone treatment, continuous treatment 12 weeks, observe the two groups were fasting plasma glucose (FBG) and 2-hr plasma glucose (PBG), insulin sensitivity index, kidney change. Results In the treatment of 12 weeks after treatment groups of patients fasting glucose and 2-hr plasma glucose improve significantly bet er in patients, two groups of patients was statistical y significant ef ect comparative differences ( < 0.05). The treatment group was lower in patients with insulin sensitivity index, two groups of patients were compared with a dif erence was statistical y significant ( < 0.05), the treatment group patients UAER and ET - 1 were significantly lower than the control group patients, two groups were comparative dif erences are statistical y significant ( <0.05).Conclusion Pioglitazone joint metformin treatment for type 2 diabetes, hypoglycemic effect is good, can improve patients with insulin resistance, reduce trace protein excretion, and the results were satisfactory worth in clinical promotion.关键词
