Abstract
Objective To explore the application nursing inform procedure in high quality of nursing in Department of orthopedics. Methods To strengthen the legal consciousness of nurses training, making informing procedure, master the communication skil s, create a harmonious nurse patient relationship. The nurse in the nursing activities in the implementation of nursing inform inform namely, contents and methods, including admission to inform, disease, treatment and nursing before and after operation to inform inform, discharge informing etc. Results The enhanced care nursing staf safety awareness, improve patient disease awareness and medicine from behavior. Conclusion The ef ective nursing inform, enhanced the quality of nursing care awareness of nursing staf , improve the awareness rate on the condition of the patient.
