摘要

Abstract

Objective To analyze the catering units tableware disinfection test results, understand the health of local catering units, to provide technical support for the prevention of intestinal diseases. Methods According to the national standard "food (drink) with disinfection hygiene standards" GB14953-1994 methods for testing. Results In 2013 Panjin City food (drink) with disinfection testing, a total of 800 samples were col ected, with a pass rate of 94.88%. Conclusion Panjin City food (drink) with disinfecting ef ect is good, the summer low passing rate was 91.43 percent pass rate spoon chopsticks class low as 92.50%, should strengthen the supervision and management of quality control and disinfection.
