摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the antibiotic during gynecologic operation under laparoscope standardized application method and clinical significance. Methods May 2010 to June 2013 hospital gynecological laparoscopic operation in 92cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the observation group according to the previous pat ern of antibiotic use, the control group for the standardization of the use of antibiotics, compared two groups of postoperative infection rate, wound healing, antibiotic cost index. Results The two groups in the incidence of postoperative infections had no significant dif erence, and antibiotic costs and hospitalization costs have significant dif erence. Conclusion Perioperative period of laparoscopic operation in gynecologic standardized antibiotic use does not increase the incidence of postoperative infection, can decrease the cost of hospitalization and antibiotic costs.关键词
