摘要
Abstract
Many life phenomena in the body has the inherent reasons, dif erent sleep disorders, including physiological factors, psychological and pathological operation environment. ICU instrument alarm sound environmental noise. Reduced sleep time or quality decline, the individual can not meet the physiological needs, daytime social activities or quality of life. The timely discovery causes sleep disorders clinic, further define the non drug treatment and pay at ention to sleep hygiene, combined with psychological intervention as the primary principle, targeted therapy and nursing, the ef ective nursing intervention, can improve the sleep quality of patients, and promote early rehabilitation of patients.关键词
