Abstract
Objective Aiming at the problems in the management of high-risk drugs, to explore ef ective measures for management of high-risk drugs, high risk aversion of high-risk drugs, ensure the drug safety of patients. Methods To review the implementation of each link through our hospital in high-risk drug knowledge training, system establishment, directory select, operation flow, carries on the discussion to the high-risk drugs in each link of management problems. Results Through the study, puts forward the necessity of legal risk of drug management system, establishment of high-risk drug management system from al aspects of drug production, management, use, supervision, strengthen risk management of drugs. Conclusion To solve in high-risk drugs in our hospital management process problems, improve the high-risk drug management system, improve the quality of management, ef ectively prevent high-risk drug errors in use, reduce errors, improve medication safety.关键词
