摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the intervening ef ect of antibacterial agents using during perioperative period for classⅠoperation in our hospital. Methods The clinical data of 210 patients in our hospital from Jan to Dec 2012 as pre-intervention and 224 patients from Jan to Dec 2013 as after intervention was selected. The rationality of antibacterial agents using were analyzed. Results After intervention, the usage of antibacterial agents fel to 100% from 60.3%. No indications prevention rate fel to 29.9%from 77.1%respectively, the dif erences were al statistical y significant ( <0.05). The preoperative and postoperative unreasonable rate fel to 8.0% and 9.8% from 69.0% and 73.8%. The average costs of antimicrobial drugs fel to (210.2±43.7) from (1048.3±87.5), the dif erences were al statistical y significant ( <0.05). Conclusion Through the ef ective intervention measures, can significantly improve the hospital antimicrobial drug usage, reduce the costs of the antibacterial drugs, promote safe and ef ective rational clinical application of antimicrobial agents.关键词
