Abstract
Objective Evaluation of Zhengan Xifeng decoction of the clinical ef icacy and safety of resistant hypertension. Methods A randomized control ed trial of parallel design,Treatment group Irbesartan and Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets,Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets and Zhenganxifeng decoction,The control group with Irbesartan and Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets 、LevamlodipineBesylateTablets,two groups of patients were treated for 4 consecutive weeks, the treatment of two groups were compared.Results The treatment group compared with the control group,Clinical ef icacy、Drop in blood pressure levels , TCM syndromes was statistical y significant between the two groups.Conclusion Zhenganxifeng decoction on patients with resistant hypertension to improve the clinical symptoms and lower blood pressure have the exact ef ect.关键词
