干预前后我院围手术期预防用抗菌药物效果分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the rationality of preventive antibiotic use during perioperative period and investigate the ef ect of the intervention measures.Methods 1029 discharged patients from Januaryto August of 2012 were included in non-intervention group and 950 discharged patients from January to August of 2013were included in intervention group, the rationality of prophylactic application of antibiotics in clean surgery was copared between the two groups.Results After administrative intervention+clinical pharmacist intervention,the antibiotics utilization rate decreased from 64.1%to 36.6%;the rational ratio of course of antibiotic treatment increase from 36.3%to 76.7%;the rational ratio of administering opportunity before the operation increase from 89.2% to 95.4%;the rational ratio of antibiotic selection increased from 26.6%to 88.9%.Conclusion Administrative intervention+clinical pharmacists can effectively improve the levelof prophylactic use of antibiotics during perioperative period.关键词
