摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the ef ect of mosapride and fluoxetine for FD. Methods 98 cases of FD as the research object were randomly divided into three groups, given mosapride, fluoxetine and Mosapride combined fluoxetine respectively, then, the clinical curative effect of the three groups was observed. Results The ef ect of combination therapy was bet er than single drug, the dif erence between three groups was significant ( <0.01). The drug efficacy of single drug was roughly the same ( >0.05). The three groups patients were fol owed up for 3 months, the recurrence rate between three groups had significant dif erence ( <0.05). Conclusion Combined gastrointestinal motility drug Mosapride with antidepressant fluoxetine in the treatment of FD, it shows certainly clinic ef ect and low recurrence rate, which was worthy of further clinical study and promotion.关键词
