Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical ef icacy of radiofrequency ablation treatment at low temperature on pregnant women nasal bleeding and the feasibility of the promotion.Methods Analysis of 38 patients with pregnant women nasal bleeding under nasal endoscopy guided clearly bleeding, after anesthesia with radiofrequency ablation at low temperature direct coagulation, bleeder or bleeding area mucosa scratches.Results 38 cases of patients with a bleeding success 35 cases, cure rate 94.4%. Conclusion Nasal endoscopic check clear bleeding area, low temperature radio frequency (rf) bleeding, with a clear field of vision, hemostatic thoroughly, safe and convenient operation, simple smal , avoid repeated fil ing damage to normal tissue injury and pain, reduce the complications, worthy of clinical promotion, especial y suitable for the doctors.关键词
