The Treatment of Negative Symptoms of Schizophrenia

Abstract
Objective To explore the ef icacy and safety of Fluoxetine combined with clozapine in treatment of intractable schizophrenic negative symptom. Methods A total of 75 patients with intractable schizophrenic negative symptom were randomly divided into study group (Fluoxetine combining clozapine),the control group only treated by clozapine. The Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) was used to evaluate of curative effect and the Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale(TESS) was used to evaluate the side ef ects of the two groups after 4,8,12 week treatment. Conclusion Fluoxetine combined with clozapine is ef ective and safe in the treatment of the negative symptom in intractable schizophrenia.关键词
