Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical curative ef ect of lamotrigine and sodium valproate in the treatment of refractory epilepsy in children. Methods 89 cases of children with intractable epilepsy patients were divided into two groups, study group 45 patients were treated with lamotrigine and sodium valproate therapy, 44 cases in the control group treated with lamotrigine treatment. Results The study group, the control group total ef ective rate was 97.78%, 72.73%, study group total ef iciency is high, the average EEG improvement after the treatment time is short, with a significant dif erence between two groups ( <0.05). Conclusion Lamotrigine and sodium valproate in the treatment of refractory epilepsy in children, the total effective rate is high, average EEG improvement in a short time.关键词
