Abstract
Objective To the concept of safety culture goes through in elderly patients with surgical nursing management, to improve the nursing quality of elderly patients with surgery. Methods To summarize 2012 years, 200 cases of elderly surgical patients safety culture nursing methods, standardized work processes. Results Through creating a safety culture, improve the safety awareness of the operating room nurses and reduce the potential safety hazard for elderly patients with surgery. Conclusion The implementation of safety culture of every detail to prevent the nursing safety problems in the elderly patients with surgery.关键词
