Abstract
Objective To investigate the nursing safety management log application in clinical nursing work. Methods According to the nursing shift system design requirements of nursing safety management log, and to carry out 3 months before and 3 months after the development of nursing adverse events, patient satisfaction, quality of care, the nurses job satisfaction, compare. Results The nursing adverse events decreased, patient satisfaction, quality of care, the nurses job satisfaction improvement.
