摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the factors and preventive countermeasure effect of platelet transfusion refractoriness. Methods Retrospective analysis of 2013 February to 2013 December in our hospital 174 cases underwent apheresis platelets (received platelet 435) patients, randomly apheresis platelet and platelet transfusion compatibly. Results With platelet group infusion compatibly is bet er than the random platelet group, and the dif erence is obvious, so it has statistical significance ( <0.05 standard). Conclusion There are many factors af ecting platelet transfusion refractoriness, various factors should be considered when the infusion, platelet transfusion compatibly can save precious blood resources, and improve the clinical treatment effect.关键词
