摘要
Abstract
Objective To study three dif erent fixation methods in conservation of first upper molar fracture .Methods 90 cases of molars with fracture were randomly divided into three ligation groups for fixed respectively in temporary-intermediate-restoration, cervical ligation, mid-coronal ligation, cervix-coronal co-ligation, then compare the ef ect according to the condition of tooth, gingiva and ligature wire. Results Fewest dehisence were seen in cervix- coronal co-ligation group and lowest incidence of gingivitis in mid-coronal group. Conclusion Clinical study showed that application of cervix-coronal co-ligation is best in conservation treatment in upper first molar fracture.关键词
