婴儿双侧输尿管结石梗阻性急性肾功能衰竭治疗
The Treatment of Infantile Bilateral Calculi of Ureter Obstruction Induced Acute Renal Failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the selection of operation in treatment of infant with bilateral ureteral calculi and clinical effect.Methods 21 infant patients with bilateral ureteral calculi obstruction associated with acute renal insufficiency were involved. According to the age of infant, in general, renal and stone location, we select ureterolithotomy, ureteroscope U-100 laser lithotripsy or ureteroscope retrograde placement of double J tube to treat them. Results 4 cases with ureterolithotomy, 4 cases with ureteroscopic lithotripsy, in which 2 cases bilateral stone, and 2 cases broken unilateral, 13 cases underwent ureteroscopic double J tube placement, in which two sides were involved in 10 cases, 3 cases of unilateral. The renal function of patients were al recovered gradual y. Conclusion According to the infant's condition, different operation methods were selected for treatment of bilateral ureteral calculi, which can ef ectively relieve the obstruction and alleviate the disease.关键词
