Abstract
Objective To explore the valuel of eventrelated potential P300 and mini-mental state examination (MMSE) in the fol ow-up and evaluation of congnitive function after acute cerebral infarction. Methods P300 and MMSE were detected of ninety-six patients after acute cerebral infarction within one week (1W), three month (3M) and six month(6M). The detection of damage of cognitive function was analyzed after acute cerebral infarction. Results The dif erence had statistical significance( <0.01) on anomal-P300, anomal-MMSE, and anomal-P300 and/or anomal-MMSE after acute cerebral infarction within 1W, 3M, and 6M. Conclusion The sensitiveness of detection of P300 combing MMSE can be higher to screen the damage of cognitive function after acute cerebral infarction, and can fol ow-up and evaluate the damage of cognitive function effectual y.关键词
