Abstract
Objective To summarize and investigate the diagnosis and treatment of primary hyperparathyroidism (PHPT).Methods The clinical data of 56 patients with PHPT who were treated in The First Af iliated Hospital of Guangxi Medial University from January 2003 to December 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Including Clinical manifestations、Laboratory diagnosis,Imaging diagnosis,Surgical treatment,Therapeutic ef ect. Results In 56 patients ,Serum calcium and parathyroid hormone (PTH) Significantly increased,Imaging data were found in all parathyroid tumor.Tumorectomy was performed on 56 patients,50 cases of parathyroid adenoma ,13 cases of parathyroid hyperplasia,3 cases of parathyroid carcinoma, no patients have permanent hypoparathyroidism or recurrent nerve injuryand other complication.Conclusion PHPT with atypical clinical manifestations,Serum calcium and PTH assays are the methods of preliminary diagnosis.Doppler ultrasound and 99mTc-MIBI are location diagnosis examination methods. Parathyroidectomy is an ef ective approach to PHPT patients.关键词
