Abstract
Objective To investigate the recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide in the treatment of heart failure after acute myocardial infarction in the clinical ef icacy and ef ects on the endocrine system. Methods Emergency after acute myocardial infarction admitted 164 patients with heart failure, according to treatment is divided into recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide in the treatment group and the control group were nitroglycerin. Observed in patients before treatment and 72 h after relief of the symptoms of heart failure and cardiac functional class, left ventricular ejection fraction was measured in plasma renin, angiotensin II and aldosterone levels. Results After treatment, the relief of symptoms of heart failure, left ventricular ejection fraction, plasma renin, angiotensin II and aldosterone levels than before treatment significantly improved, and the improvement of the indicators the treatment group were significantly bet er than the control group significant dif erence was statistically significant. Conclusion The recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction with heart failure, recent significant ef ect, clinical improvement, the recovery of the circulating endocrine system has a positive ef ect, bet er than nitroglycerin, worthy of clinical application.关键词
