摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the important role in the application of matrix metal oproteinase -9 and pituitary tumor transforming enzyme two indicators play in brain glioma diagnosis the disease process.Methods In our hospital 44 cases of patients with brain glioma disease and at the same time age accept 44 healthy people in health examination data,respectively,which is defined as the study group and the control group.Using immunohistochemical method of matrix metal oproteinases in two groups of subjects of-9 and pituitary tumor transforming enzyme two indicators of positive rate were measured,and the comparative analysis of test results.Results Matrix metalloproteinase research study group -9 and pituitary tumor transforming enzyme two indexes were significantly higher than those in the control group,the dif erence between the data comparison group significantly ( P<0.05).Conclusion Matrix metal oproteinases in patients with brain glioma -9 and pituitary tumor transforming the positive rate of enzyme detection wil be significantly increased,in the process of clinical diagnosis of these two indexes can be used as an important reference关键词
