护理干预在自发性气胸中的应用

Abstract
Objective To explore the ef ect of nursing intervention in the application of spontaneous pneumothorax. Methods 83 patients with spontaneous pneumothorax were divided into control group and intervention group, the control group of 42 patients, 41 patients in the intervention group. The control group was received routine nursing care, and intervention group was received nursing intervention based on routine nursing care. Two groups were compared of clinical curative effect and nursing satisfaction. Results The cure rate and nursing satisfaction in intervention group were higher than control group ( <0.05), However the recurrence rate is lower than control group( <0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention can promote early rehabilitation of patients with spontaneous pneumothorax.关键词
