Abstract
Objective To analyze the telmisartan and YinDaPaAn glucolipid metabolism of blood pressure on the normal high values. Methods From November 2011 to October 2011 treated 162 patients with normal blood pressure high value, its each 81 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, observation group was given taking telmisartan, take YinDaPaAn control group, compared two groups of patients after blood pressure and blood sugar, blood lipids and other biochemical index changes. Results Observation group after systolic pressure, diastolic pressure (125.84 +/ - 3.02 mmHg, respectively (76.83 + 4.55) mmHg, compared with the control group no significant dif erence, P>0.05; While the TC, TG, HDL-C were higher than control group, two groups is significant dif erence, the dif erence is statistically significant, <0.01;And LDL-C was significantly lower than the control group, significant dif erence comparing the two groups, <0.01;And the observation group of patients with FPG no statistical dif erence with control group, > 0.05). Conclusion High normal values of blood pressure in patients with telmisartan and YinDaPaAn al can ef ectively reduce the blood pressure, and telmisartan glucolipid metabolism, can improve patients can be used as the prevention of high blood pressure drugs in clinical application.关键词
