摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze ultrasound guided minimal y invasive percutaneous nephroscope therapy on kidney and ureter Duan Jieshi complications. Methods The study object for from Jan. to Dec. 2013 to our hospital treatment of 246 cases of patients with kidney stones and ureteral Duan Jieshi, randomly divided into control group and observation group, 143 patients in each group, control group were treated by traditional open surgery treatment, the observation group were treated by super living guide the treatment of minimal y invasive percutaneous nephroscope. Results The study of 246 cases, observation group and control group patients with surgical results, two groups of patients with surgical success rate, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay, complications such as index, the observation group were bet er than control group in patients. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided percutaneous nephroscope treatment on kidney and ureter Duan Jieshi has simple operation, exact curative ef ect, less complications, is worth popularizing widely.关键词
