Abstract
Objective The diagnosis and treatment were analyzed and discussed the treatment of ventricular drainag with intraventricular hemorrhage, for improving the therapeutic ef ect spontaneous intraventricular hemorrhage. Methods Intraventricular hemorrhage with intraventricular mold of spontaneous cast 56 patients,who were conducted ventricle puncture drainage surgery. Gave urokinase (20,000 u/s) within the drainage tube injection 8 hours after surgery, Retreat two hours after opening. To review the CT for understand the situation of intraventricular hematoma. Results Good recovery in 17 cases, 21 cases of mild disability, severe disability in 10 cases, plant survival in 6 cases, 8 deaths. Conclusion It is good that ef ect.early ventricular drainage and intraventricular injection of urokinase treatment of severe intraventricular hemorrhage cast.关键词
