Abstract
Objective To study the application value of the analysis of vitamin B12 injection in the treatment of Parkinson's disease. Methods During February 2013 ~February 2013 in our hospital for treatment of 66 cases of Parkinson's disease, random divided into two groups, each group has 33 patients. A set of application on the basis of conventional treatment beauty dopamine drugs as control group; A set of treatment in the control group on the basis of combining with vitamin B12 injection treatment. Two groups were treated for 6 months, compared two groups of patients before treatment and after treatment of Parkinson's symptoms score. Results The observation group (20.3~3.2) for patients with Parkinson's symptoms score points are much smal er than in the control group (33.5~4.1) points, dif erences <0.05 was statistically significant. Conclusion Vitamin B12 injection to treat Parkinson's disease, which can ef ectively eliminate bradykinesia, rigidity and tremor symptom such as patients, clinical promotion, has a very high application value.关键词
