Abstract
Objective Traumatic non operation treatment and care measures, cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea patients. Methods In our department from 20 cases of 2008~2013 treated patients with cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea, are caused by trauma. Results The 5 cases of illness, turn the hospital operation for repairing. The other 15 cases in medical personnel careful treatment and nursing, rehabilitation hospital. 3 months of fol ow-up after discharge, the group had no cerebrospinal fluid flow again, al cured. Conclusion Traumatic cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea is one of the common complications of department of neurosurgery, early discovery, early treatment, promote leaks healing, prevent retrograde infection has important clinical significance.关键词
