摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of the use of dental implant in restoration of dentition defect in patients with niddm. Methods In the dental clinic in this hospital from 70 cases of dental implant operation in patients withtype II diabetes patients, selected (before surgery in March and after 1 years of strict control of blood glucose levels), 1~2 years fol ow-up, to observe its clinical curative effect. Results There were 15 cases of type II diabetic patients, the success rate in March and 1 years after planting were 90.48%, 85.71%. The success of dental implant operation in patients with stable and comfortable, good chewing function, beautiful appearance, with dental implant success criteria. Conclusion Strict control of blood glucose levels in patients with diabetes mel itus type IIcan try for dental implant operation, high success rate, worthy of promotion.关键词
